ICF 2020 Global Coaching Survey Executive Summary
The International Coach Federation (ICF) is the world’s largest non-profit coaching association with over 36,000 members across 145 countries. The ICF is the organisation people turn to for professional development, excellence in standards and depth of understanding of the coaching profession. Since 2007, the ICF has conducted major research projects on the size and scope of the professional coaching profession. The 2020 study is the 4th in the series and it shows the evolution and growth of coaching continues and that a growing number of organisations are adopting coaching as valuable learning and development resource.
