What information we collect

If you contact us by email, your email address and message will be accessible to our team. Your contact details and the contents of your email may be added to our secure CRM software.

Via contact forms

If you contact us through a form on our website, we will store any personal information you provide such as your name, email address and phone number, plus any other information submitted via the form(s).

We do this so we can respond to your request. We may keep a record of your completed form for future reference. This is usually up to 2 years, but may also be indefinitely.

If appropriate, we may also store your information in the following places:

  • Within our secure email servers
  • Within our secure website database
  • Within our secure CRM software
Via a newsletter sign-up

If you subscribe to our newsletter your email address will be added to our mailing list.

We store your details so we can send you information we think will be of interest to you.

When you subscribe to our mailing list, we will retain your data until you unsubscribe, or otherwise ask us to remove your details by contacting us.

You can use the unsubscribe link (which is located at the bottom of every mailshot) to stop receiving newsletters. However, we will need to keep a record of your email address so that we know not to contact you.

Only the New Insight team members will have access to this mailing list.
